Life as a Postman (Part 1)

 It was a really long day on the feet today. Very tiring as there was a huge amount of post and parcels to deliver. The relentless heatwave we are experiencing at the moment doesn't help either. I know it usually doesn't last because we don't usually have mega hot weather (30 degrees C +) in the UK. It doesn't help that my flat is also very hot too. 

My shin splints are still a little painful and the compression sock I have been wearing has helped. I rang the agency I'm with in the afternoon to see if I could transfer to Huntingdon or something, but at the moment Cambridge want me to go full-time so I don't have any other option. I have decided to go full-time with them. 

Not a lot else happened today, but I was working as hard as I could to stay cool in the hot weather. Helps that I'm paired with someone decent as well on the round, so that's nice.
